IT’S OUT!!
I’m so happy with this project that @jxtez and I collaborated together with. We connected through a dance company production I was part of that he filmed and photographed.
A goal I had that I set last August when I had first got to Oregon was to get a professional video of me dancing. I wasn’t sure how to go about it, but I wanted to make it happen
Back in Oregon I was on a dance company called @mixddancecompany. We had some performances in April and had @jxtezmedia film one of the shows. I started following @jxtezmedia on social media and we connected through there. He was wanting to film a dance video, so he sent me the music and told me to choreograph and we’d film when it was done. Well, I didn’t expect to be moving to Utah so suddenly so last week we pulled it all together! It was my first time dancing on straight concrete in a parking garage and I didn’t die so I’d say it was a success 🤷🏻♀️😂 although, the next 24 hours after filming I was coughing out all the dirt and dust and my allergies were going NUTS 😂😂 but it’s an experience I wouldn’t trade for anything!
